JettisonIT Refund / Return Policy

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for ALL returns. Please contact your dedicated JettisonIT account manager to request a return. Please have the following information available:

- Invoice number or order number
- Serial number(s) if applicable
- Quantity of product(s) to be returned
- Condition of product: (open or sealed)
- Reason for return

All return requests must be within thirty (30) days of the original invoice date.

RMA approval depends on the specific product(s), condition of the product(s) and the manufacturer’s policy.

Products that are non-returnable include: configured products, end-of-life products and OEM products.

Once an RMA number is issued, you will receive an e-mail with the return guidelines as well as the expiration date for the RMA number and the return product must be returned within that timeframe to be accepted.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the fault of JettisonIT.

If any product is returned without a valid RMA number, it will be returned to you and you will be charged the related shipping charges.

Credits/refunds will be processed within 10-12 business days of return arrival and acceptance. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items.
